Oct 29 (Reuters) - Doreen Davis has left Morgan Lewis to join Jones Day in New York. Davis will be a partner in the firm's labor and employment practice.

Katten Muchin Rosenman has hired David Dickstein as a partner in New York. Dickstein, from K&L Gates, will join Katten's financial services practice.

Business litigator Stephen Ma has left Glaser, Weil, Fink, Jacobs, Howard, Avchen & Shapiro to join Early Sullivan Wright Gizer & McRae as a partner in Los Angeles.

Bradley Buganowitz has been named chair of Goodwin Procter's San Francisco office. He joined the firm in 2008 and is also a partner in its business law department and a member of its private equity, technology companies and life sciences groups.

King & Spalding has hired corporate lawyer Judy O'Brien as a partner in its Redwood Shores, California, office. She moves over from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she practiced for over 20 years.

In Pittsburgh, Reed Smith has added Beth Henke, from Marcus & Shapira, as a partner in its labor and employment practice.

Joining the Minneapolis office of Barnes & Thornburg as a partner in its corporate department, Joe Thompson was previously a partner and chair of the agriculture and food initiative for Stoel Rives.

In Paris, Weil, Gotshal & Manges has added two new partners. Olivier Jauffret joins the firm's banking and finance practice from Linklaters and James Clarke leaves Freshfields for Weil's business financing and restructuring practice.

Stephen Millington has joined Alvarez & Marsal's global forensic and dispute services practice in Dubai. Millington will serve as managing director and joins from Kroll, where he was the Middle East head of financial investigations.
