Jan 14 (Reuters) - Rafael Perez has left Cozen O'Connor,
where he was co-chair of the public and project finance practice
group, to join Edwards Wildman Palmer in its Madison, New
Jersey, office. He will be partner in the public finance
department.
David Magee is moving from Bingham McCutchen to Pepper
Hamilton in Boston, where he will be of counsel in the
intellectual property department.
Neal Gerber Eisenberg has added three new attorneys to its
real estate practice group in Chicago. Joining as senior counsel
are Glen Cornblath from Krasnow Saunders Cornblath Kaplan &
Beninati and Mark Horne from Quarles & Brady. Mindy Kurlanksy,
who joins as associate counsel, was most recently assistant
general counsel for the Illinois Department of Transportation.
K&L Gates has hired two new partners in its Dallas office.
Mary Korby comes to the firm's corporate practice from Weil,
Gotshal & Manges, and T. Gregory Jackson from Geary, Porter &
Donovan will be in the commercial disputes practice.
Also in Dallas, Jonathan Wilson has joined Littler Mendelson
as shareholder after leaving Haynes and Boone. In its Mexico
City office, Haynes and Boone has hired Cecilia Flores as of
counsel and she will join the litigation and trial practice
group. Previously, Flores spent six years as secretary general
for the Mediation and Arbitration Center of the Mexico City
National Chamber of Commerce.
Vedder Price has hired Richard Thomas, formerly of Salans,
as partner in its London office. He joins the firm's finance and
transactions practice.
Dr. Matthias Kampshoff is now partner in McDermott Will &
Emery's restructuring and insolvency practice, based in
Dusseldorf, Germany. He formerly practiced with Taylor Wessing.
