Feb 27 (Reuters) - Francois Peyrot has joined Rosabianca &
Associates as partner in New York. He moves over from Garson,
Segal, Steinmetz, Fladgate and will oversee the firm's business
law practice.
Three government contracts attorneys have left Greenberg
Traurig to join Barnes & Thornburg's corporate department in
Washington. Dorn McGrath and David Hickey join as partners and
Will Jack as senior counsel.
McGuireWoods has hired Louis Greenstein as partner in its
government, regulatory and criminal investigations practice in
Washington. A former staff attorney at the Securities and
Exchange Commission, Greenstein moves over from Skadden, Arps,
Slate, Meagher & Flom.
Klee, Ruchin, Bogdanoff & Stern has lost two lawyers to
Venable's corporate group in Los Angeles. Ronn Davids joins as
partner and Jennifer Cappelletty as of counsel.
In Boston, Massachusetts State Senator Karen Spilka has
moved to Day Pitney as of counsel in its corporate and business
law department. Spilka, a state senator since 2005, is Senate
majority whip and the chair of both the BioTech Legislative
Caucus and the Tech Hub Legislative Caucus.
Suzan Abramson has joined the Orlando, Florida, office of
Baker Donelson. Abramson comes from Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster,
Kantor & Reed, and will be of counsel in Baker Donelson's
securities and corporate governance practice group.
In Nashville, Tennessee, Littler Mendelson has hired
Joycelyn Stevenson as shareholder from Bradley Arant Boult
Cummings. She will continue to focus her practice on business
immigration law.
Kathryn Muldoon has left Goodwin Procter to join the
Milwaukee office of Quarles & Brady. She will be an attorney in
the trusts and estates practice group.
In London, Jones Day has hired Karim Mahmud from Blake,
Cassels and Graydon. He joins the projects and infrastructure
practice.
