After seven years at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Maryland, Kwame Manley is moving to Patton Boggs. As a prosecutor, Manley worked on healthcare fraud cases and lead an investigation into a multi-million dollar conspiracy to launder money through e-Bay and other auction sites. At Patton Boggs, he will advise corporations that are conducting internal investigations, are the subjects of grand jury investigations or are targets of DOJ or SEC subpoenas.

Seth Mailhot has joined Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton as special counsel in the firm’s Food and Drug and Life Sciences groups. A former chemical engineer, Mailhot’s most recent lawyering gig was at Nixon Peabody, where he led the firm’s FDA Regulatory practice.
