Nov 27 (Reuters) - SNR Denton has added a new real estate partner to its New York office. Eddie Frastai joins the firm from Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson. Matthew Harper has also joined SNR Denton's Dallas office as partner in its intellectual property and technology practice. He moves over from Thompson & Knight.

Novak Druce + Quigg has lost intellectual property lawyer Tom Dunham to the Washington office of Winston & Strawn.

Also in Washington, Jasemine Chambers has left the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to join Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as of counsel in the patents and innovation counseling practice. Chambers spent 25 years at the USPTO and was most recently deputy administrator for the Office of Policy and External Affairs.

Gary Wilcox has left his post as leader of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius's tax group to go to the Washington national tax service office of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he will be co-leader of its U.S. tax controversy and dispute resolution practice.

Juan Carlos Bermudez, the mayor of Doral, Florida, has joined Akerman Senterfitt as of counsel. Mayor since 2003, with his term ending ends Nov. 27, Bermudez will work in Akerman's real estate practice group and be based in Miami.
