Dec 4 (Reuters) - Greenberg Traurig has added Robert Bostrom
as shareholder in its corporate and securities and financial
institutions practices. He moves over from SNR Denton, where he
was co-head of the global financial institutions and fund
sector.
Chadbourne & Parke has brought on board two international
arbitration partners in its New York office. Mark Beckett and
Rachel Thorn join from the New York and Paris offices of Latham
& Watkins.
Jeremy Zucker has left Hogan Lovells for Dechert in
Washington, where he will be partner in its international trade
practice.
DLA Piper has a new tax partner in its Silicon Valley
office. Dharmesh Pandya was previously a managing director in
the international corporate services practice at KPMG.
Ariel Weindling has moved to Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp as
of counsel in Los Angeles. Weindling, who was special counsel at
Littler Mendelson, joins the firm's corporate and business
transactions practice and will also advise clients in the labor
and employment, intellectual property and fashion industry
practices.
Real estate attorney Laurence Rubinow has left Woodhouse
Rubinow & Macht, where he was name partner, taking his practice
to McCarter & English. He joins the firm's Hartford,
Connecticut, office as special counsel.
Michael Berman has joined Barnes & Thornburg as of counsel
in its Delaware office. Berman, previously a patent agent and
associate at Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz, will focus on patent
prosecution. He brings with him an associate.
BakerHostetler has two new partners in its Chicago office,
with Joel Griswold and Melissa Siebert from K&L Gates joining
its employment and labor group.
Roslyn Falk has joined Schiff Hardin as counsel in Atlanta.
Formerly with Andre & Blaustein, she will work in Schiff's
private clients, trusts and estates group.
Baker, Donelson, Nearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz has added
Carla Gunnin as shareholder in its labor and employment
department in Atlanta. She joins from Constangy, Brooks, Smith
and, before entering private practice, was a trial attorney at
the U.S. Department of Labor.
In Raleigh, North Carolina, McGuireWoods has hired Mark
Griffith as partner in its corporate group. Previously, Griffith
was the chief legal and ethics officer for ElectriCities of
North Carolina Inc.
Jackson Lewis has elected Vincent Cino as chairman,
effective Jan. 1, 2013. He succeeds Patrick Vaccaro, who held
the post since 2006 and will stay on at the firm as partner.
Justin Michaelson has joined Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver &
Jacobson's international disputes group as partner in London. He
previously headed SJ Berwin's international arbitration group in
London.
