Brynn Peltz has moved over to Goodwin Procter from Latham &
Watkins. She joins Goodwin's transactions and investment
management and regulation practices as partner in New York.
Hand Baldachin & Amburgey has added corporate and securities
attorney Stuart Nayman as partner in New York. He leaves
WilmerHale where he has practiced since 2002.
Marc Voses has left Edwards Wildman Palmer to join Nelson
Levine de Luca & Hamilton in New York, where he will be partner
in its insurance coverage practice. Also joining the firm as
partner is Lawrence Mirel, who moves over from Wiley Rein to
work in the insurance regulation practice in Washington.
David Douglass, chair of the ABA Health Law Section, has
moved from Hardy & Bacon to Sheppard, Mullin, Richter &
Hampton's Washington office. He will be partner in the
government contracts, investigations and international trade
practice group and the healthcare practice.
Jason Osborn has rejoined Mayer Brown as partner in
Washington. Previously a senior technical reviewer in the Office
of Associate Chief Counsel at the Internal Revenue Service,
Osborn will work in the tax controversy practice.
Ballard Spahr has scooped up Nixon Peabody real estate
attorney Ross Eichberg, who joins the firm as partner in
Morgan Lewis has added three attorneys from Dorsey & Whitney
to its Irvine, California, office. Partners Ellen Bancroft and
Bryan Gadol will work in the business and finance practice and
will bring with them Joo Ryung Kang, who joins as of counsel.
K&L Gates has hired Tae Rhee as partner in its Portland,
Oregon, office. Joining the firm's corporate practice, Rhee
moves over from 20/20 communications in Dallas, where he was

In London, Bracewell & Giuliani has added two partners.
Julian Nichol left Simmons & Simmons to be managing partner of
the London office, while energy corporate lawyer Alastair Young
moves over from Herbert Smith Freehills.
In Milan, Lorenzo Parola has joined Paul Hastings as partner
in its corporate and energy practices. He moves over from
Grimaldi Studio Legale, the Italian successor firm to Dewey &
Morrison & Foerster is opening a new office in Singapore.
Partner Eric Piesner, head of the firm's Asia real estate
practice and Asia managing partner, will lead the office and is
joined by tax partner Eric Roose and several associates. It is
the firm's fifth office in Asia.
