Jan 25 (Reuters) - Jackson Lewis announced it has opened a Grand Rapids, Michigan, office with two former Kotz Sangster Wysocki attorneys.

The office will be headed by spouses Timothy and Linda Ryan, who have joined the firm as a partner and of counsel, respectively.

"Together with our Detroit office, this office will enhance our ability to provide quality advice and counseling to our clients within Michigan and the Central United States," said Jackson Lewis chairman Vincent Cino.

Timothy Ryan, who earned his law degree from the University of Notre Dame, has been practicing since 1987 and is a frequent speaker and writer on various labor and employment issues.

Linda Ryan earned her law degree from Michigan State University College of Law. She has worked extensively with public sector and non-profit employers.

Jackson Lewis has 750 attorneys in 51 offices nationwide.
